A: We are a furniture manufacturer with a decade of experience in the furniture industry.

Q: What exactly happens in the 2 to 5 weeks delivery time in ELIAS?

A: During the 2 to 5 weeks delivery time with ELIAS, the following processes occur:

1. Our production team provides full support from the contract date.

2. The ELIAS planning team establishes a reasonable schedule.

3. The ELIAS team closely monitors each production process, including material cutting, assembling, polishing, painting, upholstery, and packing.

4. We keep you updated with inspection reports for each process.

5. Our sales team shares photos and videos regularly to keep you informed.

6. If necessary, we can arrange meetings with you to address any concerns or updates.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our payment terms are as follows: 30% advance payment is required before production begins, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) within 7 days. We accept payment via TT (bank transfer), AliPay, and cash.

Q: How is ELIAS packaged and labeled when shipped?

A: All furniture delivered undergoes professional packaging to minimize the risk of any damage during transit. Each box is clearly labeled with the project number and product code, simplifying the receiving process.

Q: Do ELIAS prices include shipping?

A: Our price terms are EXW or FOB. You have the flexibility to arrange shipping overseas with the company of your choice. 

Additionally, we have a preferred partner for international package forwarding to over 100 countries.
